Smart Agriculture Hub at BAU

On Sept, 19th/2022 and under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Basma Bint Ali, (INWRDAM) has unveiled a Smart Agriculture Hub at Al Balqa Applied University (BAU) in Jordan. Princess Basma inaugurated the hub, took a tour of the facility where she received an informative presentation from the project’s engineers regarding its unique features and aquaculture basins. Additionally, the university has embarked on an aquaculture initiative by establishing ponds covering an estimated area of 170 meters for training and scientific research purposes. Dr. Marwan Al-Raggad, Executive Director of INWRDAM, emphasized the importance of aquaculture and highlighted how meticulous site selection plays a crucial role in ensuring successful projects.
