Consultancy Services for Final External Evaluation of project titled “Design and implementation of water harvesting practices and policy dialogue in Jordan” (3Rs).

INWRDAM is seeking a qualified consultant or firm to conduct the final external evaluation of the 3Rs project. This evaluation aims to assess the project’s relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability in advancing water security through nature-based water harvesting interventions, national policy dialogue, and institutional capacity building.

Scope of Evaluation Includes:

Implementation of over 30 rainwater harvesting systems

Establishment of 20 home-based businesses for women and youth

Training of over 500 stakeholders

National strategy for women and youth in the water sector

Policy dialogue and digital knowledge hub

Deliverables:

Inception report

Draft and final evaluation report

Validation workshop

Executive summaries (Arabic and English)
